The artist has set a beautifully cut and polished oval light blue turquoise stone into sawtooth bezels and wrapped with twisted wire. To each side of the stone the artist decorates by attaching a silver eagle prayer feather along with coiled scrolls, silver drops, and a piece of flat wire. Finishing by running smooth wire completely around the band on both outer rims that come together across the bottom forming the band .
