Extra large, heavy turquoise inlay cast silver decorative pitted collector’s ring. Made by noted Cherokee silversmith Lee Epperson. He’s created a heavy cast silver band and has inlaid a large rectangular slab of light pale blue turquoise in the center of the ring face. The silversmith has cut out areas on both sides and applied a pitted appearance along with a blackened oxidation followed by silver drops as decoration. The band is flat across the bottom which helps the ring from spinning sideways on the finger. He’s finished them by applying a high polishing to both the outside and inside of the ring.

The ring face measures 1 1/8” by 7/8” across and they weigh between a hefty 46.4 grams (1.64 oz or 1.49 ozt) to 47.8 grams (1.69 oz or 1.54 ozt) each. They are handcrafted by Cherokee silversmith Lee Epperson (1935-2023), Mr Epperson has created sculptures, paintings, and cast silver/gold fabrications.
