NEW!  Beautiful Navajo eleven piece turquoise teardrop and repousse' crescent moons squash necklace! Made with a total of one hundred fifty eight (158) silver 6mm hand rolled beads, ten (10) turquoise teardrop repousse' crescent moon side pendants, and a turquoise teardrop repousse' crescent moon naja. Each turquoise teardrop has been infused with brass into the matrix giving it a sparkling gold appearance with the turquoise. All of the silver has been oxidized which gives it the antique satin finish appearance. All eleven (11) infused stones are set into saw tooth bezels and wrapped with twisted wire. The side stones are encircled with eight (8) repousse' stamped crescent moons with decorative stamped teardrops between each crescent moon. The stone on the naja is encircled with ten (10) repousse' crescent moons also with stamped teardrops between each crescent moon. The naja also has seventeen (17) repousse' crescent moons and sixteen (16) stamped teardrops running around the outer rim of the naja with a repousse' stamped circle at each end.

Each of the ten (10) side pieces measure 1 1/4" by 1" wide with the attached stringing clip adding another 3/8" long. The naja measures 2" by 2" with an added 3/8" for the clip. The matching earrings measure the same as the side pieces of the necklace at 1 1/4" by 1" and including the sterling silver ear hook are 2" tall.
The full necklace measures 22 1/2" end to end with a wearable length of 13 1/4" long. It is strung on a copper link chain with a sterling silver hook-n-eye clasp. It weighs 140.4 grams (4.95 ounces or 4.51 troy ounces) and is signed Marcella James - STERLING by the Navajo artist. The earrings each weigh 6.3 grams (12.6 grams for both) and are both stamped STERLING. I've listed the set as "new", but was never previously worn and most likely made in early 2000.
