NEW! High end Navajo Kingman turquoise symbolized silver overlay decorated signature necklace and earrings set by Mary and Everett Teller. Mary was calling this necklace and another they had using coral as their signature jewelry. Not exactly sure what she meant, but figured the necklaces were their most cherished works of art. The focal center section of the necklace displays a large spearhead shaped setting with a smaller spearhead overlaid displaying tribal symbols along with a row of four (4) oblong cut and polished brilliant blue turquoise stones from the Kingman Mines. They encircle the overlay with repeating silver drops and line the outer edge with their custom decorative stampwork. The two (2) extra large eagle wings each display similar detail of a smaller wing overlaid exposing tribal symbols. On the inside of the wings they mount repeating silver drops and thirteen (13) repeating brilliant blue Kingman stones. The outer edging of the giant wings display the custom stampwork. They finish the necklace by creating eight (8) large custom stamped using four (4) on each side and connecting the oblong links with soldered wire rings along with custom made and decorative stamped shepherds hook and eye clasp. A total of thirty (30) beautiful hand cut and polished Kingman stones each set into smooth silver bezels. The matching earrings each display similar water symbol overlay on an arrowhead shaped base with a single matching Kingman stone also set in smooth silver bezel and a sterling silver ear hook. The necklace measures 23” long end to end with a wearable length of 13 1/2” measured from clasp to bottom of the focal point spearhead setting. Each eagle wing measures 6 1/4” long by 1 3/4” at the widest area with the large spearhead focal setting measuring 2 3/4” by 2 1/4” across. The necklace weighs a hefty 176.2 grams (6.21 oz or 5.66 ozt) and is hallmarked in three (3) areas Sterling Silver - EMT inside a fish - Hand Made by Navajo husband and wife Everett and Mary Teller. Each earring measures 1” by 3/4” across and including the ear hook stands 1 1/2” tall. They weigh 4.2 grams each (8.4 grams for both) and also hallmarked. The Teller’s hand cut, shape, and polish their stones along with creating each piece from scratch.
