NEW! Very nice Navajo "Man in the Maze" symbolized silver overlay concho earrings. The silversmith has used round cut silver concho's cutting out the popular symbol representing the "Man in the Maze". He's overlaid the symbol to an oxidized silver base and finishes by attaching a sterling ear hook to the top. The Man in the Maze symbol represents mans journey through life. The maze that often will lead man in the wrong direction or wander off the main path. Legend has it that once man figures his way through life's maze his spirit will be carried on the wings of the eagle to meet the Sun God. The Sun God then helps mans spirit transfer over to the next world to be one with the Creator. Different tribes have different beliefs for the symbol also known as Iʼitoi or Iʼithi .
