The silversmith has created a large cross pendant using five (5) oblong cut and polished pieces of purple spiny oyster from a spondylus shell. Each piece is set into a sawtooth bezel and separated from the next stone with two (2) large silver drops. The artist finishes by attaching a stationary decorative stamped silver bale at top.

The large cross measures 2 3/4” tall by 1 7/16” across and weighs 14 grams. The shell pieces measure 16mm by 8mm (5/8” by 5/16”) and the bale will accommodate a chain or cord up to 7/16” diameter.
