Made by Lenora Platero, she’s used cut and beautifully polished Sonoran Gold turquoise nuggets setting each nugget into a sawtooth bezel. She continues by wrapping the stone with repeating bead wire that butts into a silver prayer fan/clamshell on the bottom. The stones display mostly blue with olive green along with gray/tans, and golden brown matrix along with a slight goldtone pyrite. The artist finishes each earring with a springy clip-on ear clasp on the back side.
