The inside cross of the wheels have a teardrop wire encircling the outer arms of the wheels. On the pair with the five (5) dangles, they also display a teardrop wire around the stones. He ran twisted wire around the inside of the wheel and finishes each earring by attaching a sterling silver ear hook at the top.

The medicine wheel earrings measure 1” diameter and including the ear hook stand 1 3/4” tall weighing 3.5 grams each (7 grams per pair).
