Beautiful 1990’s-2000’s vintage Navajo multi stone inlay Cardinal - Flowers squashblossom, bracelet, and earrings set! Made by Navajo artist Charlie Mike Yazzie. He’s created thirteen (13) inlays for the necklace, single inlays for the bracelet, and two (2) inlays for earrings displaying a coral cardinal perched on a flowering branch of a berry bush. A total of sixteen (16) inlaid displays not including the added flowering branch that runs down both sides of the necklace naja. The bracelet has been professionally converted using a concho from a concho belt. I’m guessing the set at one time had a concho belt included and was either separated at time of original purchase or somewhere down the line due to cost.

The necklace consists of one hundred forty two (142) 8mm sterling seamed beads, twelve (12) cardinal inlaid concho blossoms with trefold flutes that measure 1 3/4” by 7/8” across, and a single inlaid naja that measures 3 1/4” by 2 3/4” across. It weighs 206.6 grams (7.29 oz or 6.64 ozt) and is stamped C.M.YAZZIE. The converted concho bracelet measures 2 3/8” wide with an inner circumference of 6 1/8” plus 1” opening. The actual concho measures 2 3/8” by 3” across. It fits a 6 7/8” to 7 1/8” wrist and can be slightly adjusted up to a 7 1/4” wrist. The bracelet weighs 61.7 grams (2.17 oz or 1.98 ozt). It has a stamp which appears to be STERLING. Each earring measures 7/8” diameter and including the ear hook stands 1 3/4” tall. They weigh 4.3 grams (8.6 grams per pair) and are unsigned, but have an M etched. Total weight for everything is 276.9 grams (9.76 oz or 8.90 ozt).
