The artist has cut four (4) individual pieces of CrazyHorse magnesite and laid them out across the hummingbird shaped sterling setting. He’s also inlaid a piece of black jet as the eye of the hummingbird. The artist finishes the pendant by attaching a silver bale between the head and the wing of the hummingbird. The artist continues to make matching earrings, but only uses three (3) pieces of magnesite per hummingbird earring. Finishing by attaching a sterling silver ear hook to each.

The hummingbird pendant measures 1” by 7/8” across and including the bale stands 1 1/8” tall. It weighs 4.4 grams and will accommodate up to a 1/8” (3-4mm) diameter cord or chain.
