NEW! Navajo Spiny Oyster and Lions Paw disc heishi necklace. Made with two different shell types which look very similar to each other. Not sure, but believe the large disc beads are Lions Paw and the smaller disc beads are spiny oyster. All strung in graduating sizes with small discs at each end and gradually increasing in size to where they meet in the center of necklace. The lion's paw large discs display purple on top with traces of white in center and orange on the underside. Each disc has a combination of oyster shell heishi and a smaller spiny oyster bead separating the lion's paw discs. Both ends display a 2" strand of oyster shell heishi with a single coral bead in middle. The Teller's finish by adding a silver bead and handmade decorative stamped shepherds hooks on both ends. The shepherds hooks are somewhat soft and you can squeeze them shut to avoid coming unhooked and open them up to remove the necklace.

The necklace measures 22" long end to end with a wearable length of 11" measured from clasp to middle of necklace. It weighs 66.3 grams (2.34 oz) and has sterling silver beads and handmade hook clasps. Made by noted Navajo husband and wife Everett and Mary Teller. Very nice well made beaded necklace!  $309.95
