This is a stunning and unique vintage Mexican freeform braided silver wire cuff bracelet that truly stands out. The talented silversmith has gracefully utilized six (6) individual silver wires, expertly splitting them into two groups of three (3) to create an intricate braid that extends the full length of the cuff. Each wire has been artfully hammered flat, enhancing the overall texture and appearance of the piece. Additionally, two (2) larger gauge wires have been incorporated, elegantly running along the outer rims of the cuff for added flair and durability. These wires have been meticulously soldered together at each end using a sleek silver plate, resulting in a beautifully cohesive and striking bracelet that is sure to catch the eye.

The bracelet measures 1” wide with an inner circumference of 6” plus a 1 1/8” opening. It fits a 7” to 7 1/8” wrist as is and can be cautiously adjusted to fit between a 6 7/8” to 7 3/8” wrist if desired. You’ll need to be careful and see that all the wires adjust the same otherwise The cuff weighs 63.5 grams (2.24 oz or 2.04 ozt) and is stamped MEXICO TE-51 and 925. The Mexican government use to track how and where the silver was used forcing the silversmiths to register and purchase from the government. This particular cuff was made by a silversmith from Taxco, Mexico and he was the 51st person to register with the letter E in his/her last name. $319.95
