Large vintage 1982 Zuni multi stone channel inlay Sunface-Sun God bolo tie. The artist has used turquoise, coral, white mother of pearl, yellow mother of pearl, and onyx all set in a flush channel inlay to display the Sun God rising up from a mountain background. The Sunface displays coral, yellow and white MOP, and black onyx with turquoise sun rays and mountain. The artist continues by displaying the land in yellow pearl and onyx. Appears the Sun God has an arrowhead as a tie or scarf? The artist adds silver drops to each tip of the turquoise sun rays. Finishing the setting by attaching a thumb locking bolo clasp on the back. Comes with a 4-ply braided black leather cord and fluted saucer bead end tips.

The large Sun God setting measures approximately 2 5/8” by 2 11/16” across. The cord measures 38 1/2” long which includes the 2 1/8” long sterling silver fluted bead end tips. The complete bolo tie weighs 49.3 grams (1.74 oz or 1.78 ozt) and is hallmarked STERLING - HAND MADE - JE Connected - 82” by the Zuni artist.
