Nice solid vintage Mexican round pill box. The silversmith has used a thick gauge sterling silver sheeting in creating this solid round box. The artist created a dome shaped lid with a hinge connecting the top and bottom along with a large bead handle and snap-shut clasp.

The box measures 1 1/4” diameter and stands 3/4” tall. It weighs 24.4 grams and is marked 925 - TM-46 - MEX. 925 stands for sterling silver, T stands for Taxco, Mexico, M-46 means he/she is the 46th silversmith registered with last name starting with M, and MEX is obviously Mexico.
